Valtora Services — General Terms of Service & Warranty Policy

By purchasing from Valtora Services, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. Any misuse, policy violation, or attempt to scam will result in an immediate permanent ban, revocation of access, and potential compensation claims.

--------------------------------------------------

1. Nitro Booster & Legal Paid

• Nitro Booster [FW]:

- Warranty: 7 Days (Updated from 14 days on September 29, 2025; previously updated from 30 days on July 15, 2025). Shorter warranty duration reflects product structure, not lower quality.

- Claims & Proofs: No auto-claim warranty. Replacements or refunds require unedited video proof from the exact moment of claiming (showing credits, email, subscription page, and account username). Invalid proofs will be rejected.

- Limits & Revocations: Do not stack more than 1 Nitro credit per account. No refund or replacement will be provided if Nitro is revoked during a mass revoke wave.

• Nitro Booster [Legal Paid]:

- 100% legal paid using Discord's localized pricing with a 0% chance of getting auto-claimed.

- Warranty: 30 Days revoke warranty. Video proof showing subscription page and account info is required for any claims.

--------------------------------------------------

2. Gift Links & Promo Links

• Regen Links: Send links for regeneration when they are 14–20 hours old. Sending links too early, or letting them expire while offline, voids compensation.

• Nitro Booster [Gift Link]: No warranty. No auto-claim warranty. No refunds or replacements for mass revoke waves.

• Nitro Basic [Gift Link]: 15 days revoke warranty (if no mass revoke wave). Do not stack more than 2 Nitro credits per account. Video proof requirements apply.

• Nitro Promo Links (1M / 3M):

- Sold only once to you (no auto-claim).

- 3M links require aged accounts (1 month+, no Nitro subscription in the last 1 year) using VCC/PayPal.

- No refunds or replacements if expired, revoked, or claimed.

--------------------------------------------------

3. Server Boosts (1M & 3M)

• Delivery & Format: Instant, fully automated delivery within minutes. Permanent server invite link with unlimited use. No watermark or brand tag.

• Duration & Warranty: 1-Month Boosts last 20–30 days; 3-Month Boosts last 85–90 days. Perfect for resellers. No warranty.

• Exclusions & Disclaimers:

- Not responsible for lost boosts if boosting accounts are kicked manually or by anti-raid bots.

- Boosts are non-transferable and will not be recompensated if promoted/revoked by Discord.

- No refunds or replacements under any scenario if boosts are lost.

--------------------------------------------------

4. Nitro Tokens & Accounts

• Nitro Tokens (1M & 3M):

- Legally gained using automated tools. Format: email:pass:token or token.

- Warranty: 5-minute warranty after delivery. No replacements/refunds if tokens experience server join errors, are discount-term tokens, or get flagged/locked after the warranty window.

- Usage Warning: do not log in manually (high risk of flagging/locking). Always use proper tools and proxies; avoid flagged tools.

• Nitro Accounts (1M & 3M):

- Format: Email : Pass : Token. Includes 25–30 days (1M) or 85–90 days (3M) of Nitro, 2x unused boosts, and full access to mail and Discord.

- Warranty & Security: 1-hour replacement warranty for account issues. You must change the email and account password within 2 hours of purchase, or warranty is void. No refunds/replacements if accounts are disabled by Discord.

--------------------------------------------------

5. Aged Accounts & Authentication Steps

• General Terms: Full access, email changeable, pull warranty included, phone verified/unverified as mentioned.

• Login Guidelines:

- Log in using Outlook with the provided mail and password, then change the mail.

- Strictly use the Discord browser extension to log in with tokens. Using unsupported clients (e.g., Bluecord, Aluicord) voids the warranty if the token becomes invalid or locked.

- Warranty: 10 minutes warranty (report issues within 6 hours). Change account and mail passwords within 6 hours. No warranty for term/rate limits caused by improper login methods, reselling, or suspicious activity. Always record a video while purchasing and checking.

--------------------------------------------------

6. Tools & Software

• Maintenance & Lifetime Access: If a tool stops working, gets patched, or is leaked, no refunds will be provided. "Lifetime access" refers to the active operational lifespan of the tool or service. Valtora Services reserves the right to discontinue any tool at any time.

• Security & Prohibitions: Leaking, sharing, or reselling any part of a tool or service is strictly prohibited and results in an immediate permanent ban, revocation of access, and forfeiture of future updates and support. Legal action may be taken against unauthorized distribution or exploitation.
